[TOMT][Short Anime] Futuristic, steampunk-ish, desaturated colors. Girl alone in decrepit apartment. Weird stuff happens with her plush toys.

I'm not entirely sure if it's her plush toys that get transformed into some kind of monster of if it herself. I remember some kind of detectives are after her, and they have robots with them. I think it ends with them killing her / the monster. The design of the 'monster' is kind of psychedelic~. Please help!
