Fess up - have you ever seen a sasquatch in these parts?

I realize this is a bit controversial and no doubt some of you will take appropriate jabs at cryptozoology.But I'm curious if anyone has any sasquatch stories from the area.

Myself - maybe. I was out in the mountains about 15 years ago, walking along a trail. There was a clearing, and at the other edge there was something moving. I whipped out my binoculars and I saw something very big and very hairy, walking upright. It wasn't human, and it wasn't a bear. Was it a sasquatch? Maybe - more information would be needed.
