Need to know how to make "electropaint"

As most of you know, when trying to electroplate non-metallic items, you first need to apply a conductive coating. This website sells the stuff. I just want to know the composition so i can make it instead. Im applying a copper coating using copper electrodes in a solution that is H2SO4(10-15% by vol)+ saturated CuSO4.

Here is the link to the product and brief description:

http://www.dichroicimagery.com/product_info.php?cPath=431_521&products_id=97363

"This electropaint is used to make non-metallic items conductive in electroforming. Sold per single 2 oz. jar. Shake and mix paint thoroughly before using, for industrial use only."

Thanks

EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9iyRUBvd260 will this recipe work on glass substrates?
