Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could update an old mod for me.

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could update an old 1.2.4 mod for me called the More Building Blocks Mod: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1025425-124-more-building-blocks-mod-v117/

The creator gave me permission to update it for myself a while back. I don't actually know how, so I got a friend to try to update it for 1.3, but he never finished it. And now I'd like it for 1.5.1. Help would be much appreciated!
