Iconoclasm Layout Maker folder troubles

So I have Iconoclasm + Iconoclasm Layout Maker + FolderIcons installed and they work well together except for one problem.

If my folder is too low on the page, some of the folder gets cut off. My other folders that have more apps in them than the one shown in the picture sometimes get an entire row cut off. I have Infinifolders installed as well so when I try to scroll down to view the last row it just bounces back up and hides the last row.

But if the folder is higher on the page, everything is fine.

Any idea what could be causing this or how I could fix it?

Thanks!
