Windows 8 Automatic Repair Loop no administrator account.

My Windows 8 is stuck in an Automatic Repair Loop. I've heard of different ways to fix it, such as a refresh or the command prompt thing, but I don't have an administrator account, so I can't do any of these. I've tried starting up on safe mode but that didn't work, and I have no idea where my system disk or usb is, or if I used one in the first place. I want to try to lose the least amount of things on my computer, if any. I need the computer for running a youtube gaming channel. Help is urgent. Thanks.
