Soflam Help

I am trying to get the jng-90 and to get that assignment unlocked I need to finish the one before it. All I have left to do is get 10 Soflam assists but no one seems to want to take down the vehicles I mark. I play pc and if you can help me send me a pm with your battlefield username and when you can play.
