Problem with ship destroying itself

Hey I need some help. Whenever I am trying to launch my ship it tears itself apart. Its fine until i get above 30 km when I detach my main lifting section the upper stages turn into a noodle and shakes itself until it blows up. Any thoughts on why this happens?
