Help Me Identify A Psychological Thriller/Horror Film I Saw When I Was Young

I have vague memories of this film, so bear with me. A woman's husband dies, I think it was of an illness, and I think it was mentioned that he was abusive, but I'm not sure of either. Then she starts seeing him in photos she takes; I remember a scene of her picking up developed photos and one features a black, shadowy figure with only his eyes in detail. I also remember a scene of her looking at an old photo of him, looking away, and looking back to find his arm outreached at her menacingly. The last detail I remember is a scene of this woman working after hours in her office and his face appearing in a greenish tint on the monitor. It might have been an indie film, but I don't remember, because I saw it when I was too young to know what that was.
