How do you counter a Righteous Fire build in Merciless PVP?

Hey guys,

I have been trying out Merc PvP for a while now and I am having some problems beating this player that uses Righteous Fire. Could you suggest a good strategy/Passives/uniques/skills/stats that would help in defeating a RF marauder build (who has enough %life regen to negate the self DoT). He uses Hex Master/Double Curse Temp Chains/Elemental Weakness or Flammability and essentially he just follows you around and throws Bear Traps as well. I cannot think of a good counter to this. What would you guys do in this situation?

I'm a Marauder with 5.2K HP, max block%, 83% all res 50%Chaos res. I currently use Haste/Purity/Vitality/Tempest Shield but I can use Determination as well.
