I've fallen from Bronze II to Bronze IV, any tips?

This question is probably been asked alot but now I'm asking. So i tend to loose alot of my ranked matches, I can blame myself for not playing so good, but sometimes my teammates have been pure idiots. I don't know how to deal with this in SoloQ. What can i do to improve my gameplay?
