[TOMT][computer game] 90's (mac) computer game. You're in a back yard, can dig for treasure in a sandbox, or play tick-tack-toe, other stuff

This is a game I played on our mac in the 90's (OS 9 or earlier).

Basically you're in a back yard (though you're not really a you per se... you're not really a person).

On the left there was a sandbox you could click. When you do, you have an aerial view of the sandbox and you can drive around a bulldozer and dig in various places until you find treasure or some object.

More to the left there was a place where you could play tick tack toe.

I also seem to remember something involving turning water on and off.

EDIT: finally found it myself. Have looked so many times before. Think I'll ever be able to find a copy? http://www.uvm.edu/~jmorris/bkyd2.html
