Ok r/Coffee, need some help here. I want to move on to something else besides the basics. Any advice?

I have a black and decker drip coffee maker. It does fine for making a basic cup of coffee. If I wanted to move to something better, what would it be? I recently purchased a grinder which virtually changed my life. As someone who loves a strong cup of coffee it was wonderful. By strong, I usually do about 1 TBSP of grounds/ cup of water. By cup I mean 6oz, not 8.
