$600 for summer shoes help me pick some out please

I am purchasing new shoes for summer, my budget for them is $600. These would be just for casual use during my summer away from college. I have the basics and some preppier things and seem to be heading in that direction at least during the summer months.

I live in MN and am a freshman in college, my summer job is security guard where I plan on wearing raws, t-shirts, and white sneakers. I currently have white canvas Jack Purcells, grey target converse, chippewa gq's, my late grandfathers sorels, and redwings.

I plan on purchasing [navy] (http://oakstreetbootmakers.com/footwear/navy-suede-red-brick-trail-oxford) suede trail oxfords. they are 300 dollars, but would they fit in with my wardrobe, because I feel like I might have too much navy? which leaves me $300 for some nice beef roll penny loafers I was thinking [rancourt] (http://www.rancourtandcompany.com/men-s-1/penny-loafers/beefroll-penny-loafers-natural-chromexcel.html) but I know natural chromexcel will change color and darken which I worry about, because I am worried about matching them with my smoke red chinos alternatives?
