Any advice on how to treat a girl who is sick?

Hey peeps - I was just wondering, say you make plans with a girl, but she gets the flu and suddenly can't make it (let's assume she legit does have the flu here) - whats the best way forward here? I feel like showing too much concern will lead to being friends, and not enough may lead to her thinking you don't care... Any advice?
