I have a few questions about Grant Morrison and Batman and Robin etc.

I've posted here a few times before because I find this the easiest place to get help. I've started reading more comics now so not just batman but Batman and Robin and Nightwing etc.

Basically what I wanted to know was when did Damian Wayne become Robin? and did Grant Morrison only write Batman and Robin before the New 52? (if so can anyone direct me to somewhere to buy his run [UK].) Also, Damian Wayne became Robin when Bruce was dead right? So when did Bruce come back?

If someone could just send me a link to all of the comics and novels of Damian Wayne becoming Robin and Batman dying and coming back to life and stuff that'd be great.

I've only started reading Batman and Robin from the start of the Death of the Family story arc (15+), is it worth reading the earlier comics, am I missing anything if I just skip them out?
