Lumia 810 "other"

My wife has had her lumia 810 about two weeks longer than I have had mine and her "other" is shot http://sdrv.ms/130ejF1 .I have tried a couple of the storage shrink options. I have turned off the skydrive auto upload which I think caused most of the problems in the first place but that doesn't seem to correct what is already there. Nokia seems to have mostly forgotten the 810, not sure when or if we will be getting the 1314 update with the storage tools.

Mostly I just wanted to vent but I am open to suggestions. Is there a less painful way of wiping the phone?
