Fraternity men of Reddit, what advice can you give to someone who is newly initiated?

I was initiated just yesterday. It was truly a life changing experience. I am honored, privileged, proud and excited to be part of such an amazing organization.

My chapter is only 3 years old, with my pledge class being new members we now stand at 42 men.

What advice can you give to me, as someone who is newly initiated and in general to a fairly new chapter?
