Purchase problem

Hi all

Today I decided to get the Ultimate Founders Pack, after I entered my credit card information, I got an error. I did receive the email thanking me for my purchase, but no other info/beta key yet.

Can I assume my payment went through (since I got the confirmation mail) and will receive a key shortly?

I sent a ticket to their customer support, but no reply as of yet.

I can't check my credit card payment through my online banking > not visible in my payment history yet (which is normal for the bank I work with).
