Streaming RaspBMC's files to my computer over the network - possible to do in Windows Explorer?

Something cool that I didn't realise Raspberry Pi/RaspBMC could do was to stream files over the network and play them on your home computer.

In your browser, if you go to your pi's IP address (if you don't know it, open up CMD or Terminal and type "ping raspbmc"), and you'll get a user-interface that lets you control RaspBMC as a remote.

But if you open up that IP in an FTP program, you can actually access the files, add new ones, play them directly over the network and so on. In FileZilla, go to your pi's IP with the username "pi" and password "raspberry" and then navigate to /media/hard drive name and there you have it.

What I'm wondering, though, is if it's possible to access this through Windows Explorer/get a nicer user interface for it - browsing files in FileZilla doesn't look great. I've tried accessing ftp://pie@10.1.1.12 and it connects but I can't see any files or folders. The other downside is the FileZilla downloads the entire file directly to your computer (so you have to wait at ~2MBPS for the whole file) rather than streaming it. I'd like to just stream the thing.

Any ideas how I can do this, if at all?
