Favorite Voyager Episode?

So, I have watched the entires series of TNG and DS9, and now I'm working my way through Voyager. IMO, Voyager isn't as good. However, I just watched "Blink of an Eye" from season 6, and absolutely loved it. Anyone else have favorites? I'd love to hear them...
