Price seems too good to be true. Does this look familiar to anybody in the West Michigan/Midwest area?

Found this on Craigslist today and the price seems too good to be true. It's possible that they are just using the price to get attention, but are planning on selling it for more. I figured I would post it here, seeing as too many people have lost stolen bikes.
