How does the net_graph work and what information does it show? What is interp, and what does it affect?

I have a few questions, because I can't seem to find a good explanation anywhere else. What interp is the best to use? What exactly is an interp ratio? Also, how can I read the net_graph, and which level of net_graph should I use?
