Could a really small bump on my nut be cancer? it is not even pea size...

I was watching tv feeling my "sac" when I felt a very small bump on my right nut. It is not even pea sized but it is new and i have never felt it before.... Again it is very small but it is not floating around in the "sac". It is attached to my nut.
