Planning a Party, Could Use Ideas

I'm in the Air Force, and a bunch of my friends and I are all getting promoted in the next few months. We're planning a promotion party and are running out of ideas on how to do it. I could use your help!

The original plan was to rent cabanas at the Cabana Club at Red Rock. Our friends did this last year for their promotion, but the Cabana Club is closed for renovations, and the other rental options there are really pricey and not all-inclusive like the Cabana Club was.

I've looked into penthouses and I'm not finding anything encouraging as the rooms are either too small for our group of 75-100 (less than 2000 sq ft) or way out of our price range. Looked into party boats on Lake Mead but the options there are pretty limited as well by capacity.

So here's what I'm looking at: there will be about 10 of us hosting with a total of 75-100 people. We'd like to spend no more than $500/person accounting for everything, and we'd like to have the drinks flowing for at least 4 hours. I know this is not a ton of money for Las Vegas, and our backup plan is to host the party at the home of a friend with a pool and just go crazy with the alcohol purchases with the money we'll save.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help!
