Local OT Server?

Is it possible to make a local Open Tibia server using the real map? Basically I just want to jack up the EXP rate and go around exploring all the places I never got to visit in normal Tibia. I'm not really interested in existing OT servers, because I don't want to bother with PVP, and I want as close to the vanilla experience as I can get.

If so, does anyone have a guide handy for doing it?
