Strange choice of logo for an Phoblacht news... (Question for Shinners)

Hello, I have a question for any knowledgeable follower of the Bearded Wonder! To put it bluntly, can you tell me why the harp in the "An Phoblacht News" logo (which can be seen in any Shinner video) has tits?

The harp in question (with a woman in it) is not like the one we see on all our money today. Instead, It's the harp that was used as the Coat of Arms of the Kingdom of Ireland!

And yeah, that doesn't really fit in with the whole Republican thing, as far as I can see!
