Bugsplat on Loading Screen

Has anyone else been getting a bugsplat during their loading screen? Have you found a solution? I've tried everything I've seen listed, and everything support has suggested without success. What makes this weird is it happens almost exclusively in normal games. It has only happened once in over 40 bot/ARAM games. Also, in ten games on a smurf I made it hasn't happened, then it happens as soon as I switch to my main.
