It took a relapse for me to realise the benefits of no fap

Can't remember how long I'd gone, think it was about 3 months without any porn (had fapped maybe 5-10 times without porn in that time)

then I was watching porn once or twice per week, then it became an every day thing.

I think what happened was that I got so used to the 'new' me or the no-fap version of me that I sort of took it for granted, it wasn't until I started watching porn again that I realised how shitty it made me feel.

Less social, less sex drive, less energy, less motivation, less desire to meet girls and just a generally crappy irritable mood.

Most noticeably would be in the morning on my way to work, I would just feel like crap for no real reason.

So if you're a couple months into no fap and think "this is pointless I don't even feel any significant benefits" then let me assure you, as soon as you get back on the porn train you will feel like shit and you'll regret it.

Oh and my relapse wasn't even that bad, was fapping once every night, occasionally I'd fap twice per night. That was enough to completely change how I felt.

p.s. my logic was basically that fapping once per day and cumming quickly (i.e. less than 15 minutes of porn watched) then 'it couldn't cause much harm' - boy was I wrong, bizarre to think how much a difference in personality masturbating once per day can make, although I believe I'm an extreme case when it comes to this, I've read on other forums people who fap twice a day every day and claim they feel no different when they don't fap, I'm sort of envious of them assuming they are telling the truth.
