A few hypothetical controlled delivery situations that puzzle me.
I get stuff delivered to my apartment, but I am NEVER there when it comes. I'm always at work. The post office usually puts the package on top of the group of mailboxes, and its waiting for me when I get home. Sometimes they pink slip me and I go pick it up at the post office the next day.
How could LE perform a controlled delivery on me?

I am NEVER there to personally accept a package because I am always at work during delivery hours.

In the rare instance that they give me a 'sorry we missed you' slip, I go pick it up on my time. I hardly believe they could afford to station a police officer for days on end just for the possibility of an arrest.
I'm sure many of you have a similar situation. How could they ever 'bust' us?
