I could just use some support, if anyone out there is willing to help...

I'm a sophomore in high school. Recently, my grades have dropped. I don't like the vast majority of my friends. My current relationship is doing far more harm than good. My home is war zone, because of me. One of the few people I love is going through hell, even though the worst has passed, but I can't do shit about it. I cry, multiple times a day, and I can't stop. I've been struggling with self harm and other issues. I apologize for all the self-pity, I just need someone to talk to. someone outside of my situation. Please.
