just bought a ps3, got question

i want to set up an internet account but it says "ethernet cable required" my whole house is wireless! this is the newest ps3 model (its used though)with the top that slides to the left where you can put the CD in. other than that, damn fine system! enjoying MGS4 for the first time. would eventually like to register online.
