[WD] Maximizing Zero Dogs

I'm looking to get a few fresh sets of eyes on my Zero Dogs Doc. I'd like a critique of my setup and maybe a little perspective on how I can continue to improve him.

I'm liking how he's shaping up so far. I can hang in MP8 without too many deaths. MP10 can be doable with the right party, but it's definitely more of a struggle.

I'm sitting just shy of 100k DPS unbuffed with 2+ APS. I can tank quite a bit, but if I get CC'ed at all in higher MP, I'm usually toast.

Short term, I'd like to break 100k DPS without having to sacrifice too much survivability. I'm thinking I can pull that off by crafting more gloves (ideally some trifectas), and improving my gems.

Long term, I'm not sure how to improve him without spending a fortune. Ideally I'd like to replace my Skull Grasp with a 6 sec SoJ and pick up a crit Visage of Giuya.

I'm interested in hearing from some other Zero Dogs Docs out there. How have you been improving your gear? Any wisdom you can impart?
