Anyone else think we can still make some noise?

Pau and Dwight play pretty damn well together lately. When the ball is fed to Pau in the post or elbow area, good things usually happen. If Dwight would stop getting stripped, he can power to the basket and hopefully make some free throws. The ball will be in Steve Nash's hands more which is never a bad thing. Maybe Jodie and Metta will start knocking down threes regularly. Maybe Earl Clark will step his game up, we have seen he can be a very effective all around player. Maybe Antawn will start playing D...probably not.

But...defense. There is nobody to stop the ball handler. PGs drop huge numbers on us almost every game. But maybe we can contain them as much as we can and let Dwight and Pau lock down the lane?

Am I being too optimistic? I think this team could challenge the Spurs. I think they might even be able to beat the Spurs. The Thunder however...I had doubts even before Kobe went down. We could still steal a couple from them.

This is all assuming we even make the playoffs. Hopefully Nash plays tomorrow and the Lakers can prove me right about hanging with the Spurs.
