How do I get from flirt to kiss?

I'm pretty good at flirting and can get some good reactions and obvious IOI's when flirting, however, I don't know why, but I can never seem to close for the kiss. Once the initial kiss happens, it's easy, but I struggle to get to the kiss from flirting. How can I make this easier for myself?
