Anybody else here who picked up skyrim again recently after a long bout of not playing?
I just picked it up again about a week ago, funnily enough not even on purpose. I was bored and the internet was down, and skyrim is a good internetless game to play. I haven't picked it up in about a year, (wow has it really been that long?) so there are some interesting updates and such. I play it on console (I know I know, but my computer can't handle it) so I play it vanilla.
So is there anybody else here who just picked it up again and got re-addicted to it? Are you playing any differently than last time? Anything new you noticed that got added in updates that you like?
I also downloaded hearthfire because it was a pretty cheap add-on (I'm eyeing the other two though, but unfortunately my pockets are pretty empty)..I like it a lot. Something about building my own home really appeals to me.
I also like the newest update they did, which just got put on xbox like literally 4 or 5 days ago. I like the fact that I don't have to be careful as to where my perks go because I can just reset it and keep leveling up and ultimately get more perks in the long run because there isnt really a level cap anymore (although; question... I know some enemies levels are fixed or can't go higher than a certain amount, but do other stronger enemies keep leveling up with you as well?)
I'm still a nord like I've always been, but I've also created more of a story to rp with, although it's not really that in depth. (basically she is more of a chaotic neutral character, who does what she wants to get what she wants, not always caring if it's good or bad)..I also still mainly use one handed attacks but my goal is to level up all the classes (which is why the lover stone is my favorite)
I also find that I'm getting more quests done instead of letting them all pile up and just roaming around skyrim instead of doing anything, which is nice. I think thats why I got bored of it originally to be honest. I still have yet to finish most of the bigger questlines, in fact I think the only questline I really finished in my original game was the college of winterhold one.
So anyway, thoughts? Experiences? Tell me what ya'll are thinking
