Where the hell does BBC Canada get off thinking it's ok to show absolutely no British programming what so ever?

Why does that channel exist if it's just a clone of HGTV. Where's Red Dwarf, One foot in the grave, embarrassing bodies, Casualty, Wallender, Alan Partridge, Saxondale, QI? Why the hell am I being subjected to Holmes on homes right now on a channel that's supposed to show British programming.
