My band is playing our first "legitimate" show tonight. Any last minute tips?

By legitimate, I mean outside of the basement that doubles as our practice space. It's at a bar with an actual PA system (Oooh, monitors). Any advice for jitters, equipment handling, etiquette, or any tips a first timer should know would be greatly appreciated. I play guitar, but advice for the rest of the guys is welcomed as well.
