Catalyst control center wont open. help

radeon hd 7000 series graphics card (cant remember the exact number)

I cant find the catylst control anywhere. I have repeatedly installed new and old versions from the site. Before updating the drivers i could just right click on the desktop and access ccc . I searched a lot of program files but couldn't find it anywhere.
