Haven't played for 3 months, what should i know?

So it's been a while since ive played. Back when i played it was still bruiser top/mid and the best ap mids were orianna katarina and lux, best adc was ez tops were darius/olaf and jungles were tanky like moakai and amumu and malphite? Anyone care to tell me the major changes? especially in the mid lane, i always played ap mid thanks
