Bottle Cleaning Help

So a friend of mine just gave me 150ish 750ml bottles. Haft of them have a spot or so where he did not get all the wine out that are starting to grow things. I know it’s going to take some hard work, but what is the easiest way to get them clean? That many bottles I can’t bare to throw out.
