Would you buy this car in my situation?

Car is a 2005 volvo s60r. Car has 55k on it. He was asking $14,000 I got him to $12,500. I have a grand Cherokee worth 7k. I have 14k in cash and 14 more in stocks. It seems like I'd be spending 5000-6000 out f pocket for a car with half the miles and a shit ton of power and luxury features. My jeep has been very reliable and has 115,000 miles. It's a 2006 v6 Laredo. Thoughts? I make $2000/mo after taxes but that'll go up
