I just sold a manticore for 1.3 billion, please help me figure out what to do with the gold; CM/WW wiz currently at 164k dps at 3.01, or at around 200 dps at 2.73 using a crit damage wand instead of my attack speed wand

Everything seems like incremental upgrades to me, which is fine, but I don't want to blow the gold without something to show for it. I could use more armor, and more all-res, and another 5% crit chance would be nice too. Obviously more DPS is always good. I dislike playing at 2.73 aps, I much prefer 3.01, I'm actually considering selling the crit damage wand. My last big purchase swap-around was my crit mempo and APoC source. Any suggestions? I realize this is kind of silly, but hey, I literally found 1.3 billion and I've got to do something with it.
