Just launched a new site and looking for basic SEO feedback

Hey all - I just launched a new site about 2 weeks ago. I've gone through my basic checklist but am looking for any constructive feedback. I'm spending time this weekend working on product descriptions and doing a few blog posts. Please give the site a look over and let me know if there is anything I should add to my weekend to-do list. Thanks!
