Why is EU-W the only region doing cool things with the community of League?

They come up with a bunch of ideas to get players together and to make new friends or to join local tournies where you can just sign up by yourself and be put onto a team or just a chat channel to be welcomed by other players who are looking for the same kind of people to play with as you are? NA is just nothing but toxic! ): I wish we had more groups doing things for our server. Maybe that is part of what is missing? I don't know, this was a rant.
