Help !! Stuck making business decision

Hey Guys...... so a little back story- We have the rights to take to market a technology and methodology that helps company's acquire new customers. It works wonders in north america and now we are entering the GCC market. Our first client which is a HUGE corp that we would love the opportunity to work with, wants to do a pilot and try us out. However, they wanna do it at half price. We would have to take a loss.

We believe in the product and it does work in North America but in order to do a proof of concept in another region we have to bare all the risk. Any suggestions? I'm very torn between trying to find a new client that will bare some of the financial risk or to push ahead. HELP !!!
