Is this dress too short/tight? (I am going to a club)

I am 5'9 and hippy so I'm always worried about my hip/thigh area, and dresses are always slightly too short. I have this problem where I always look like I have a muffin top spilling over on the sides. Is this totally unflattering? way too short?

For reference I am 22 and going to a club.
