Sometimes having sex hurts. Help?

One night while having sex with my girlfriend, i was on top of her and suddenly i had a major pain on my Dick. Whenever i took it out it was bleeding . Now every time i have sex, it hurts and bleeds. I am not circumcised and it seems like my skin is attached to my pee hole. Is this normal?
