About the Reporing System and Proof on Why it Doesn't Work

This isn't the only time this has happened to me and I know I'm not the only one this happens to. This isn't meant to be a rage post, it's meant to show how four players who play the game to troll others get away with no consequences and how legitimate players suffer (and get lpp!). Please read this and help me do something about the shitty reporting system or at the very least get the trolls in this game banned from dota 2.

So this is what happens. I call mid as nyx, there are no objections so I go mid. Everything is fine. My team starts feeding a little, still I keep playing and when I hit level 7 I start to gank for them. I get a few kills. Fast forward. Shadow shaman starts raging because he is feeding, ok fine, Ill just report him and he will get low priority pool right? Wrong. A person on their team named rape u soul (really valve that's ok?) playing luna starts telling me that I ruined the game and hes going to report me. Shadow shaman jumps on the bandwagon and starts trying to get people to report me. Silencer mentions he is going to report me as well. Fast forward. I farm up my dagon and put the recipe on the courier. Shadow shaman takes it off the courier and grabs it. I ask him for my item back and he says to beg him. At this point shadow fiend starts to tell me to beg shadow shaman to get my item back. I tell the other team what happened and ask them to report shadow shaman. Of course luna begins to rage at me again and say I ruined the game and silencer, shadow shaman, and shadow fiend continue to troll me, telling me to beg them for my item and taht they are going to report me. After the game I instantly get leaver pool CLEARLY beacuse luna/silencer/shadow shaman/ and shadow fiend reported me. I'm willing to bet that NOT one of them was punished. Is this really ok? Please review this match and you'll see for yourself. This reporting system is a LIE and DOES NOT WORK.

tldr; 4 players troll another and report him. Trolled player gets lpp, other players get off free.
