Anybody having weird download issues since the latest update?

I've downloaded a couples games since the 2.10 update came out and both times I hit the purchase button it brought up a (I paraphrase) "waiting for download" dialogue box that stays there indefinitely. I left it for about 30 minutes and when I came back it was still there. I hit the cancel button and it just left me in the PS Store, unable to do anything but power the unit off.

Anyways, I restarted and was able to go back in and DL the game. But today the same thing happened and I lost 5 floors of progress on P4G because I had to hard restart again!!

Anyone else experiencing this?
